This place has been through a lot of changes over the years. Always had a really chill vibe. They have a new italian sub on the menu with homemade bread. It's INSANELY good. One of the best sandwiches I've had in the city.

I asked my 3 year old daughter what she wanted to eat after leaving the children's museum, and she shouted excitedly PIZZA! As we were on our way to our favorite pizza spot in old Metairie, my daughter told me that she needed to use the bathroom and she couldn't hold it in. I typed in my gps the "closest pizza near me" and it was mid city pizza. Bailey, our server, gave exceptional service. She could obviously tell I was very stressed out as my daughter was unusually misbehaving. Bailey got our order immediately, and helped keep my daughter entertained while my 3 year old was waiting on her favorite food ever so not patiently. As a single mother, with sole custody of her daughter, this meant more to me than Bailey probably realized. Fantastic food (the spinach rolls were crazy good), fantastic service, and we would never had stopped in if it wasn't for my daughter needing to "use the potty", but we will for sure be back. Thank you for everything Bailey!! You ROCK.

Best pizza in New Orleans. I'm from NJ/NY and this is the best I've had since the new owner took over.

Wow, this pizza is outstanding!! I can't believe I haven't eaten here sooner! Today we ordered three pizzas from here for Friday employee appreciation lunch and when I picked up the pizza it was so fresh that steam was coming out of the box! I was greeted by a friendly bartender and the pizzas are huge, way bigger than most places! We will definitely be ordering again soon, our employees are texting me right now saying how great the pizza is!

Not a big restaurant as far as seating goes. It's just down the street from Jesuit High School on Banks. The pizza is some of the best pizza I've ever eaten. We ordered the Shrimp Remoulade and it was amazing. The crust is thin and perfectly cooked so its a little crisp without being crunchy. Flavor wise it's absolutely delicious. I will be back for sure.

I really like this place. Even though I'm not a big fan of New York style crust, the pizza was delicious. I got a large veggie pizza, where you get to pick up to 7 vegetables. I have to add, they let me choose blue cheese as one of the vegetables. Also, I got a small Drizzle pizza which had a great sweet and spicy mix. A large is 18 inches, which is easily enough for 3 and it was only 20. The place had a good vibe and the people were nice. There were also some good drink special, as well. To say the least, this has become my new favorite pizza spot. This review was for the Mid City location.

Really solid pizza all around. Good crust and ingredients. Nice service, a few solid beers on tap and it’s just consistently delicious. Clean bathrooms, nice decorations. Will continue to return to MCP.

Mid City Pizza is the best pizza in Nola, I’ve been saying it for years. But, their pizza isn’t the only gem, their wings are the best in town as well. And, they don’t do many sandwiches but their chicken parm and meatball sandwiches are really well done. They know what they are doing and they are great at whatever they decide to do.
